HELP No Signal on four transponders!!!!

Got Dishtv NXT Stb installed on rdtv dish from a local technician. there are four tp that doesn have signal tp 23,24,26,27. what could be the reason, all these are vertical transponders with ss and sq both zero
Do i need monoblock lnb?

you don't get signal for those tps. if you get no signal issue on channels then only you have to wonder. otherwise, leave it
