Nokia has partnered with Vodafone India to bring operator billing for its music service, Nokia Music Store for Vodafone customers. With this partnership, prepaid or postpaid Vodafone customers will be able to renew their subscription for Nokia’s music service on their Nokia Asha phones & Lumia Smartphone series and continue to download songs and albums from the Nokia Music Store.
Vodafone users can renew subscriptions for the Nokia Music Store at existing subscription rates: 7 days for Rs 50; 30 days for Rs. 99; and 90 days for Rs. 250. For prepaid customers, the amount will be deducted from their balance and for postpaid customers, the amount will be added to their monthly bill.
Earlier this year, Nokia had tied up with payment solution provider Oxigen to allow users to renew their Nokia music subscription for a period of one week, a month, and three months priced at Rs 57, Rs 113, and Rs 281 respectively. Apart from that, Nokia allows users to renew their Nokia Music Store accounts through credit cards and vouchers.
