HELP Not using TataSky for 8months

Friends,

I will not be using Tatasky for nearly 8 months as I will not be in home going abroad till Nov 2014. When I enquired with TS cc she told me that I can stop using for max of 90 days and if I don't want use it for more days then she recommend me not recharge and activate when I will be back with 10 rs as fine.

I really doubt about this as only 10 rs fine, did anyone here stopped using TS for like 8 months and recharged it later and started using it? Help me

Well, What i observed is Tata Sky is fining Rs 10 everytime validity is expired and recharge is not done.

Also, other than Airtel, no DTH is permanently disconnecting the accounts. They keep the account inactive even if we recharge after 1-2 years.

Also great offer. Just call before recharge [will get offer like annual pack in 1000 or 2000]

Also, other than Airtel, no DTH is permanently disconnecting the accounts. They keep the account inactive even if we recharge after 1-2 years.

I disconnected Airtel for 3 months and rs.30 reconnection charge was levied. then I found in self care that rs 300 was given as cash back offer for rs.500.
