Headend-in-the-sky (HITS) operator Grant Investrade, which operates under NXT Digital brand, and Taj Television, the distributor of ZEEL and Turner International India channels, have informed the Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) that they have broadly arrived at an agreement. Grant Investrade counsel Salman Khurshid and Taj Television counsel Pratibha M Singh told the tribunal that an interconnection agreement for the supply of Zee and Turner channels is likely to be executed by both parties by Tuesday.
