Okay i dig some more digging.
Independent was registered in 2016. Although big TV sold operations in 2017/2018.
Independent is registered on same address as all other anil Ambani companies.
Independent has same directors as big TV.
So it's just a different name with same owners.

Sale wagera nai hua hai just a gimik to show as this business was in loss but during signal cut old workers dint got paid and forced to leave the job during june 2018
as of my knowledge big tv sales stoped on 2016 june as there were new connection were sold there were no stock even if any stb we send to replace smardcard slot it was taking time to return customers were forced to use sd stb
completely stopped on Diwali 2017 only active subs were using no new connection were there during migration many customer recharged for 20,000 - 30,000 on September
