HELP Pairing Old VC card with Another Set-Top Box

Hi,
as my old Set Top Box broke down I am trying to get paired my old VC card with new Set Top Box.I am living in Jeddah so don't have access will local Dish TV dealer.I sent email to [email protected] with new Set Top Box Serial Number and VC Number.Is it possible it will be done?
