Only Pantel Technologies filed bankruptcy in that article no where mentioned independent tv and still veecon media is there two players (Pantel Technologies and gipl) went bankruptcy let's see what veecon will do

my best guess is that veecon too would bail out citing that single partner cant pump more money into the already loss making company.
