I have one question about one channel named 'RTP International' this channel is available in my area's cable
but I cant understand its language look like some french or portuges language

but dont why this channel coming in area's cable which language nobody knows
I think its not available in India

Yes, cable operators have been illegally airing intl channels, may be ur cable operator is doing the same. :)
