So it seems new channels find ADTV as launch pad or may be some kind of long term arrangement between ADTV & new channels......

I think generally DTH asks crores of rs as carriage for channel addition from broadcasters so may be there is some kind of financial arrangement between ADTV & broadcaster for launching new channel or may be revenue sharing arrangement.....
