I'm not getting this channel on Airtel 1yr. Infinity HD Pack ! I called the CC and they said it is not included in your pack!!! What the heck? They advertise "ALL SD & HD Tunnels" but not getting many channels. I ignored it as all were some SD channel I don't care about. But, this is a HD channel! I don't know what they meant by "ALL" then? Cheating...
Even Sun Channels also not part of Infinity HD(All SD & HD) Pack according to the ADTV Infinity policy. Although Customer can get this for free by calling CC(Sun Jackpot Top-up SD & HD).
Also I get same reply that &Prive is not part of Infinity HD Pack Through CC .
And I get below written replay on ADTV Facebook page.
Hi .........! The above mentioned channel is recently launched and not part of infinity pack. The same is available as a Top-up at Rs.51 per month. Thank you, Himadri
