Telecom Department sources say that the spectrum sharing and trading deal between Anil Ambani's Reliance Communications (RCOM) and Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Jio has been approved. Both companies will be allowed to share and trade airwaves from January 22. This will facilitate RCOM to start 4G services.
Telecom department has also approved spectrum liberalization application of RCOM in 19 circles.
