i think it wont be applicable, read the bottm t&c, this offer not to be clubbed with other offers.
yes,that means the bonus 3 % only for recharge amount not for the bonus.
if you recharge 310 ( bonus 31) and 3% extra 9.30 ,so total 350.30,
wait i have recharged, i will conform it later.may be you are right.

Even I think that either customers will get 3% on any denomination OR 10% on 310/410/510. Both benefit can't be encashed simultaneously.
