yes it is and my friend using this since last 5 month and he orderd 4 devices on his recommendation but it lag a lot . I compare with my redmi 2 prime. redmi 2 prime is good but size is matter for him

I seen lebovo 6000 plus and k3 note very closely camera quality is great but mediatek processor seem to be slow

k3 note lags very while loading HD videos. same videos on redmi 2 load fastly in MX player
