I wrote mail to Airtel presence regarding Espn, Star cricket hd and dd channels and their reply is given below. Just to share with you.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Greetings..
When are you going to add Espn hd and Star Cricket HD channels. if you have any problem with the broadcaster it is you who have to solve the issue and give the channels to the customer. simply by removing is not a fair practice and regarding DD Channels (I DD and I DD south) we don't need interactive service for dd channels. Please bring to normal screen or else i have to write to TRAI regarding the issue which i have mentioned. Hope you will give favourable reply. and kindly add new Tamil channels.

You wrote in on 21st April 2013, wherein you inquired about the availability of “ESPN HD” & “Star Cricket HD” channels and Mosaic application on DD channels against airtel DTH account 301*******.
We would like to inform you that presently the above mentioned channels “ESPN HD” and “Star Cricket HD” are not available at airtel DTH platform. Further, as per the predefined policy of bharti airtel, we have merged some DD channels in one channel window.
All our customers are important to us and your feedback will aid us in introspection and improvements in our processes ultimately leading to customer delight. Moreover, customer’s feedback like yours always helps us improve the service and product which we provide, and we appreciate the time you took to write to us.
Further, we at bharti airtel would regret to show our infeasibility to de-merge these channels till further notice. It was necessary to launch Mosaic application on abovementioned channels in order to launch some new channels at airtel platform.
