I was a airtel customer for 10+ years..in fact a fan boy..I remember I have asked many of my friends and relatives to move away from hutch to airtel those days..but as they started looting customers by applying unnecessary services to my no. I stopped using it..Also reliance is not far behind in such things..

I was recharging regularly for data packs & keeping 100 to 200 balance in main account easily
Also I was Liking reliance due to cheap internet packs
But of course, only 2G was available

Very bad experience
I switched from reliance to airtel
Getting very good internet speed
Airtel 3g is far faster than jio 4g here
Just not affordable
