Update Removal of channels from South Silver, Silver Maxi and South Silver Sports w.e.f 19th July 2014

the packages option to choose either south or north should be made available on d2h.

Let's see what d2h have for us before 31st August. It seems like they aren't in mood to add new channels, until the package issue settles down.
