Starting June, Viacom18’s free-to-air (FTA) channel Rishtey will have a mix of finite fiction shows in their programming line-up from across the border. Further adding to the entertainment quotient over the weekends in June, Rishtey plans to showcase four world TV premieres from its movie studio Viacom18 Motion Pictures.
From 1 June, Rishtey will air a new Pakistani finite series ‘Asmano Pe Likha’ every Monday to Friday at 10 pm. A romantic saga, ‘Asmano Pe Likha’, is about the union of two strangers Aliaan and Qudsia who get married by chance.
In July, the show will be replaced by another social drama ‘Ranjish Hi Sahi’, a story of a widowed mother who yearns for affection and support while raising her children amidst acute financial crisis.
Rishtey will also premiere movies like ‘Dharam Sankat Mein’, ‘Saheb Biwi aur Gangster Returns’, ‘Bombay Talkies’ and ‘One by Two’.
‘Dharam Sankat Mein’ will premiere on 31 May at 6 pm and 9 pm, ‘Saheb Biwi aur Gangster Returns’ on 7 June at 6 pm and 9 pm, ‘Bombay Talkies’ on 14 June at 1 pm and 6 pm, while ‘One by Two’ will premiere on 21 June at 1 pm and 5:30 pm.
