Sennheiser has launched its latest headphones, the HD 200 PRO, in India. Priced at Rs 6,490, the headphones are designed with a monitor-grade sonic signature, which makes them suitable for all kinds of listening environments, including professional studio-grade monitoring and casual home listening.
The headphones are closed-back, and feature an over-ear design that completely covers your ears for sound isolation. Frequency response ranges from 20-20,000Hz, sensitivity is 108dB and impedance is rated at 32Ohms. Connectivity is through a 2m cable that plugs into devices using a 3.5mm plug, and a 6.3mm stereo adapter has also been included in the box. The headset weighs 184g, and features Sennheiser’s proprietary dynamic drivers.
The Senheiser HD 200 PRO is part of the HD series of headphones, which has enjoyed some success the world over. At this price, the headphones will go up against the very popular Audio Technica ATH-M50X, as well as various options from Grado and AKG which offer a similar neutral sound.
