i dont know bro, but the email and inbound call for us, after complaint given on twitter, are better.

Yes ts is best in all term, only they r lacking in channel count....So TS is best among all...........as far as service/cc is concerned ........&.with newly added TPs we can expect new channel addition..........

My experience so far has been good. 5 different Airtel people even called to ask if I have any complaints or I am facing any problems. One guy even visited my place just to verify installation has been done properly and everything is in order. Nothing such happened when I was on D2h.
If Cc is a problem then D2h would be the last operator you should shift to.
