Was just wondering if DTH or cable subscription could be calculated on utility.. just like telecom, electricity or internet..... this would help in optimization customer usage....rather than diffusing equal cost all subscribers ... people who watch more should pay more...
Subscribers like us who watch tv just for an hour or two pay for 24 hour should not be penalized.

Pay what u use for ..... and that technologically possible ...if operator and DOT want to comply
