While she has been one of the luckiest actors in Bollywood to have starred in some of the biggest Bollywood blockbusters, it seems Sonakshi Sinha has now decided to turn to television. Often stars decide to take this step in a later stage in their career but this actress has decided to debut on television already.

Sonakshi Sinha will be one of the three judges in the panel for Indian Idol Junior, along with Vishal Dadlani and Salim Merchant. One of the prime reasons for taking this decision, according to the actress, is the fact that she is still a child at heart. She further expressed her love for such shows wherein she can meet wonderfully talented kids and considers it to be a perfect platform for her. While Sonakshi will be the first from the Gen Y actresses to turn judge, actresses like Shilpa Shetty, Madhuri Dixit, Sonali Bendre, Malaika Arora Khan are few other names who have turned judges for various reality shows.
