Star world premiere HD channel now removed from ala carte.
Its added in Life on HD & Full on HD addon onwards
Game on HD would not able to take this channel as ala carte now
Good move by dishtv

This channel will be activated from 1 February 2016 onwards

However, its available for HD royal pack customers too
