Subscriber Portal Registration on WEB

While registration on WEB for Subscriber Portal, system is requesting for "Set Top Box".
I tried to register & also tried to reset password.

But the numbers are not working at all..
What needs to be provided in the "Set Top Box" to login or register??

I am getting INVALID Set Top Box Code as error message.

I tried login - Invalid Login/Password

Is there any default password for first time login???
