Former DDB Mudra group head Sudhir Raju Puthran has joined Bengaluru-based Kannada media network Kasthuri Media as ad sales head for West. Puthran told TelevisionPost.com that he will be looking after both Kasthuri TV, the Kannada general entertainment channel, and Kasthuri News 24, the news channel of the group.
