Videocon d2h already had great picture quality but recently after the upgrade they went thru in last few months, now picture quality is so so clear that even when i am watching Standard Definition channels it feels like i am watching a HD channel. I swear to god and have to give it to Videocon d2h for giving ''Superb'' Picture Quality. Not only this the Audio has become so crystal clear with such good bass , treble and other effects. Having a great experience watching the channels on Videocon d2h.
Also using Tata Sky on same TV and picture is blurry on most SD channels. For example when i switch on EPIC channel; on Videocon d2h, the picture and audio is so so clear that i feel like i am watching a HD channel while on Tata Sky EPIC channel runs like a a channel with video quality from 80's and mono sound from 90's. Also guys, i am not overreacting, all these facts are really true. Videocon d2h gives stereo sound on all SD channels that are run in stereo sound from broadcasters while on Tata Sky most channels are in mono sound. Also HD Audio quality is much uperior on Videocon d2h
Tata Sky has very poor picture quality, not only do they overcompress channels so much but their picture is blurry and full of compression artifacts.
Even on HD front, Videocon d2h is far far ahead. Tata Sky is overrated ,Team Videocon d2h deserves all credit for providing such great quality at much lesser cost as compared to Tata Sky.
Also Videocon d2h adds new channels very fast while on Tata Sky u will grow a decade older waiting for ur favorite channels.
Anyone planning to buy a new connection take Videocon d2h, u won't be disappointed
