in that forum the post was started on August 22 '16. That means test signal was started on August 22 2016.
The OP of that thread suddenly bumped in and posted. unfortunately our cute riju bro saw and copy pasted here. Sadly he didn't noticed the date. and he posted here as Cauvery TV Test signal started and coming soon. Test signal was started a year ago cutie.

Next time while u copying please be careful...

but actually the news is a year old.
TEST Signal was started in last August nd today!!!!

the thread in the other forum was also started on the same date test signal was started. that is August 2016.
