Tata Motors has renamed its upcoming htachback, which was earlier named as Zica, as Tiago after successful end of a name hunt campaign. Earlier this month, auto major had decided to rename its soon-to-be launched hatchback Zica in view of the outbreak of Zika virus. The company said it had announced the intent to rename the car "as the right and responsible action following the hardships caused by the virus outbreak across many countries". The company will apply for regulatory registrations and is working towards the market launch by March end.
