I read somewhere, few weeks ago, that in a survey conducted internationally, they found that the companies which stress on service quality are likely to have 75% more profits than others who don't emphasize on service.....may be this is true with TS.....
My personal experience is that Japanese companies have more qualified service than Koreans in all.....
