people bro plz clear, they changed elevation or reshift to just upward?

@dino bro, both sat have same el,az,tilt.
Its not matter of single customer, if this happen then they have to change the el "slight" of all 10 lack customers & all " change of slight el" will take another 2 or 3 years.

i know airtel what they did on shifting to SES 7,but in tatasky matter he just align the dish,i am not sure what is the position he finally made.but he slightly adjust upward not much.may be Mr.Bhat point is right all HD may shifted to one satellite,so he try to locate exact position.

My uncle is not a new customer, using last 3 to 4 years(SD),now upgrade to HD.

they will do it for new customers and those who face slight signal issue
altitude cannot b same bhai, how can satellite b placed at same height, there has to b gap, it cannot b placed at same point
Actually some time ts engineers makes some customers fool by align the dish not proper on signals(80-100) & sd box can run on very low signals but HD box not runs on low signals(i m checked on my new HD box) so for proper signals they changed el slightly.

Where i said that "altitude" should be same or it is same?

I said el(elevation),az(azimuth) & tilt(lnb skew) is almost same of both sats.

Well HD TP is bit low signals compared to SD TPs . Always HD TP gets efefcted 1st during rain .This may be bcoz of DVBS2 Modulation . I read in other sites as signals will drop in DVBS2 TPs . I dont know about this but practically seems its true. the Dish might not be aligned perfectly for SD connection so he might be aligned perefectly.
