HELP Tata Sky HD DVR Users

I am curious to know the users of TS HD DVR from our forum.... I would like to know this information as i have few queries to discuss with them...

I AM USING TATA SKY+ TRANSFER HD BOX AND I AM SATISFIED WITH THAT. I AM FACING NO HANG AS WELL AS ANY DEFECT.

My Queries and Concerns am i only one facing this:

1. Some time STB sensing of Remote is a problem where in i have to press multiple times the same button... I am facing this issue from Day 1...

2. For the last 2 - 3 weeks especially after 7 PM if i press the channel + or - button once it goes to next to next channel...

Any body else facing the same problem....

Thanks but i am looking for TS HD DVR Users...

I am not facing these issues, but hard disk in STB is not working and looks like I need to replace STB
