Forward Error correction along with Symbol rate is applied on a formula to get BER(Bandwidth Error Ratio).
For ex: '1234' is transmitted in 3/4 as 1 2 3 4, whereas in 7 bits its broken as "1 0 0 0 2 3 4".
This numerical is a single data broken into 3 and 7 bits.
So what TS does it breaks each data into smaller bits to transmit.

Yes and it can be decoded at multiple points and that is the adv of punctured code.
i have no idea which are the codes applied since i have forgotten.
In some cases esp in internet, if a packet is sent then an Acknowledgement should be received at the transmitter to send next packets.

Yes, Second lot of packet starts transfer only after acknowledgement of 1st packet is received.
