My Old Remote Not Working I Ordered Remote 3 Days Back.Just Now I Received New Remote Different From Previous One.Here Are Some Snaps

Tata sky is most overpriced dth in india.
They gimp every month with ridiculous new active services which more than 90% users won't even take.
They randomly increase prices of channel and yearly plan cost Rs8500.
I don't know how op bought new remote for Rs300, when i tried to buy it 5 months ago they said that it will cost Rs800.
plus hd remote is more than 6 year old and now after falling hundreds of times over the years it doesn't work properly.
Not sure why they have suddenly dropped the price to Rs300, they charge 300 for just visiting.
