Sony The Film and Television Producers Guild of India to host Guild TV Awards

The Film and Television Producers Guild of India has announced the first edition of the Guild Television Awards to honor the best in the entertainment industry. The ceremony will be conducted on 16 December 2015 and will be aired on Sony Entertainment Television. The award ceremony will recognize extraordinary brilliance and the legacy of television in our country. The event will also commemorate extraordinary achievements in Indian cinema and television fraternity and will honor the best contributions and accomplishments in the industry.

Speaking on the announcement, the President of the Film and Television Producers Guild of India Mukesh Bhatt asserted, “The Television Industry has been growing at an exciting pace.
