Just now confirmed that Travel XP and Dish Box Office 2 is not available in any Base Pack.

Its a part of Promotional Offer and it will run as Free Preview for sometimes

Its available for free right now but there is a issue as CC not able to activate these channels

I guess Dish TV technician has encrypted these 2 channels with unknown encryption and now they are trying to find a way to decrypt the same
