Because mine is Old DVR
and d2h is incapable to upgrade its firmware. I had complained them 100 times but they have got no answer. 
I am waiting for Tata Sky Satellite addition. After that I will surely throw away d2h crap products and buy Tata Sky products even if it will cost be 10 times more.
