surgical strikes by Indian armed forces against terrorist camps across the Line of Control (LoC) has sent the intended message to Islamabad, India has said. The Ministry of External Affairs also said the truth of the strikes being carried out would emerge, irrespective of the efforts Pakistan makes to conceal it.

"The Indian Army was given a task that was carried out with surgical precision. The desired result has been obtained. The intended message has been conveyed," said foreign ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup at a news conference on Thursday.
