But how is it possible no matter which pack you use in primary connection and how many channels one is getting but for secondary connection one has to pay 200 to get all those channels in his secondary connection and it is applied for all channels be it sd or hd

Yeah tats why I said one have to pay for a base pack of primary connection then Rs. 200 for secondary connection.

Only Tata Sky giving even Premium channels in Rs. 200 if Primary Connection have the ala carte.

dishtv charge Rs. 200 for SD Secondary Connection and Rs. 250 for HD Secondary Connection
