Hyderabad : The braodcasting of two Telugu News channels TV9 ( Sneha Publications) , ABN Andhrajyothy (Amoda Broadcasting) operating from Hyderabadhave been stopped in all parts of Telangana.
Both the channels have been reportedly aired news that could be derogatory to the sentiments of Telangana People. Telangana’s first Chief Minister K.Chandra Shekhar Rao has launched a castigating attack on both these channels in the Assembly itself, warning of them stringent action.
However it was not he government that has banned these two channels but the president of Telangana Dish operators, Subash Reddy has taken the decision, albeit under the directions of KCR himself.
