People now a days expect complete Internet. Such offers are not worth now a days.
yes thats why they are giving such offer to grab more money from users pocket.

Now a days when 1GB 2G plan is available as low as rs 99 and twitter users are mostly techno savvy and high Internet users.
So, overall it seems to be not a good proposition.
