Or it's just a part of UAE National day celebration.
None of the Zee portals have this logo. Facebook has it but it seems to be an event based logo change.

Zee Middle East is available in all Middle East countries viz UAE – KSA – Bahrain –Oman – Qatar – Kuwait – North Afric
It's Zee Middle East not Zee UAE and the logo is showing colors of UAE flag.

In ditto TV they only has ZEE India channels not International. They even removed ZEE Aflam, ZEE Awlam.
