Update Value pack added with two more channels_India Today & Hungama

Announcing two important channel to be augmented into the Value Pack and above.
India Today - news Channel will be added in the VP and above packs. India Today is flagship English news channel and has followers across the south India. We have been placing this channel in the Mega pack and now will be available Value Pack onwards.
Hungama - kids channel, brings entertainment which is typical of childhood that energizes kids with laughter. The Channel is available in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu. Hungama is the kids channel is part of the CP and above
packs will now be available from the Value Pack upwards.
