I recently purchased the New STB from Videocon 6666 RF it supports HD channels but Im still confused whether or not it supports Dolby sound or not. The STB does not have coaxial or Optical port at the back on HDMI and normal RCA connection ports.
Does HDMI in the new STB 6666 RF support DIgital Sound. The audio setting in the new STB does give an option for PCM Stereo or DOLBY DIGITAL but when i select DOLBY DIGITAL the audio is getting distorted.
Please help me with connection. I have ordered a SONY HT IV 300 My TV is VU H403K11 my HT and TV both have Coaxial SPDIF ports at the back.
Please help me with connection for the same.
