Get the Facts clear .........being a marketing person l i know how they got this award..........nothing great about their service ...according to a market survey ____(cannot disclose the internal source) TS and airtel have lost considerable subscription in tier 2 cities .......on account of digitization... major gain is dish and D2H ....apart from local digital Cable ......as per recent marketing survey done by nelson airtel and TS looses on account of repeat subscription (avg sub 6 month) ............Nel quote 2015 would be see consolidation an alliances of REL (Mukesh-D2h or Mukesh -new entrant ( possible sony, asthavinayaka, network 18) ..........................Another important inference which could be hard to believe for few and would hate .. TS will exit the market by 2015 .....Sky has not found traction which they expected 10 years in operation they continue to be sluggish thanks to some local competition ............................my view let there be more light and customer enjoy ...........
