D2H using 3.6 mbyte Bit Rate in SD channels, while Dishtv use 4.5, as I seen, you can check in 1st post too,

In HD almost all are using same around 8 Mbyte,
If we compare with orignal channels on c band, history HD using near to 20 Mbyte bit rate on IS 20,
If dth operators carry same feed, then they can add only 2-3 HD channels per Tp.
