What are the rates of hathway HD package if used with cable in Mumbai

I currently have hathway SD box and using it with local cable. Cable rates have been increased from 230 to 300 now. I want to buy normal hathway HD box. I asked the cable guy and he said hathway HD box will cost 5000 and yearly charge will be 3000 in which I will get only 19 HD channels. so only 19 HD channels for 550 per monthly ?

But on Hathway website HD box cost is just 2000. Do they give HD box at less price with exchange of SD box? HOw much you guys are paying per month to hathway along with your cable charges? and how many HD channels do you get? Whom should I contact? or should I ditch cable + hathway and go with dish TV? as their HD box with recording cost just 1000 and monthly charge just 470 for all HD channels. Please help me

Thanks bro but your thread is 1 year old, I think your cable and hathway HD charges might have increased last month, right? just like my cable charges increased from 230 to 300 now. How many HD channels you are getting now? and HD charges 150 per months, you pay that to Hathway or LCO?. I think my LCO is trying to fool me by saying 3000 per year charges for 19 HD channels and separate 300 per month for cable and 5000 for HD box. Last time he charged me 1500 for SD box while I heard we can get it for just 1000.

HD box is still Rs. 2000 for every area.
And HD Charge is Rs. 152 per month.
I get 30 HD Channels.

But my package is for Rs. 235 due to defence area subsidised rate. You will have to pay as per the package rate available online.

Oh wow
30 HD channels at just Rs.152 pm
Not a bad deal
Dishtv giving less than 20 channels at Rs.145 pm
But giving 45 HD channels at Rs.220 pm
BTW, which 30 channels I will get in Rs.152?
