Hi everyone,
I m from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Currently I m using 2 Norsat LNB to catch C-Band Signals of Apstar 7 & Intelsat 20 satellite. I am forced to use these costly LNBs (Per Pc 8000 BDT) because in here due to 3G SIGNAL Issue normal LNBs (Dual & Cheaper in cost, Per Pc 1000 BDT ) can’t use. It cause signal fluctuation every second. Even Norsat LNB catches only Horizontal Frequency, no Vertical Frequency works with it. So I was looking for some solutions since last few months.

Few days ago I got idea about Solid Brand Terrestrial Interference Filter C-Band LNB (TI Filter LNB) in shopclues.com , But I don’t know what is this or how does it works? Do u guys have any info regarding this? If yes then plz share it here, So I can get a clear idea about the LNB. Even I want to know What is Terrestrial Interference Filter C-Band LNB (TI Filter LNB)??

Shopclues website says, “Solid C - Band Dual Pol. Filter LNB - Best Solution for TI Problem, This is best LNB if you have any trouble by nearest local mobile tower, It will stop signal flacutations. You will receive both polarity including H and V. You can also convert H and V polarity wih L and R”.

Here is the link, “http://www.shopclues.com/solid-c-band-dual-pol.-single-outout-clone.html#Detail”

So plz if u have any idea, knowledge or suggestion regarding the LNB plz share it here.

Thanks Everyone.

This LNB eliminates the external disturbances which doesnt match the bandwidth, like filtering a band which is out of the range. Most probably, this would work on band pass signal.

"Bandpass filters are widely used in wireless transmitters and receivers. The main function of such a filter in a transmitter is to limit the bandwidth of the output signal to the band allocated for the transmission. This prevents the transmitter from interfering with other stations. In a receiver, a bandpass filter allows signals within a selected range of frequencies to be heard or decoded, while preventing signals at unwanted frequencies from getting through. A bandpass filter also optimizes the signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity of a receiver.

In both transmitting and receiving applications, well-designed bandpass filters, having the optimum bandwidth for the mode and speed of communication being used, maximize the number of signal transmitters that can exist in a system, while minimizing the interference or competition among signals."
