Discussion When will d2h stop misleading its customers -_-

I called D2H's toll free number today to get Star Sports HD1 activated.
First voice I listened - "Asia Cup Cricket series dekhne ke liye 1 dabaye"
I thought that they'll provide me with some offers on Star Sports coz Asia Cup is going to be telecast on Star Channels only.
But I instantly got an SMS that my package was upgraded to Gold Sports.

Bhai! sirf Asia Cup dekhna tha BCs ne package hi upgrade kar diya.

Now when I asked the CC guy to downgrade it back he at first told me the same lockin period thing. But when I insisted he agreed to register a complaint.

They intentionally design such traps to suck more money from our pockets. Idiots!

D2h is not friendly anymore and Teufel himself had faced such kind of issues.

My 2 months free subscription of d2h movies has been removed because of this.
12 Month Super Gold HD addon is still there. I hope it remains unaffected.

Nah.. only the base package got upgraded. The HD add-on is still super gold.
Getting all sports channels in SD.

If I'd have activated Gold Sports pack with 12 Month HD Add on and then after 1 month downgraded base pack to Super Gold I'd have been Sports HD add on at the price of Super Gold HD addon. :V

You can downgrade your package back to Super Gold. You have option to downgrade the package once in a month , so ask them to downgrade your package.

CC guys are clueless in d2h. I hardly called them. The best way is email or social media.

Tried downgrading it via app but that too is showing 1 month limitation.

why u guys call cc to upgrade /downgrade do it your self through official website , i too upgraded my pack day before yesterday to gold sports . u can upgrade and downgrade ur pack 1-1 time per month
