Yes, it is true that tata sky applied for additional 12 tp in 2007. According to DTH policy, additional bandwidth will be available within 24 months but ISRO late Gsat mission due to GSLV failure and after last they sign to ariane pocket for safty. But till now no one is sure that Gsat is in active mode? I am not posting -ve thought but truth is that ISRO is totally fail to provide demanded bandwidth to any DTH or vsat operator. So we can only wait and watch.
