Guys, why there is so much delay in the launch of SAB HD channel and RomedyNow HD channel when the respective broadcasters have already announced their launch 3 months back !!

Why still SPN and TimesNetwork hasn't started the testings of their respective channels SAB HD and RomedyNow HD when they have already officially announced three months back about the launch of the HD version of their respective channels viz. SAB TV and Romedy Now !!

And now see what Times Network senior VP, head English entertainment channel cluster Vivek Srivastava had said about the launch of Romedy Now HD channel,
Romedy Now plans to reintroduce HD feed soon : <Posted on - 23/09/2015 08:36 AM> Times Network’s Romedy Now, which has completed two years, is planning to reintroduce the high-definition feed for the channel soon. Times Network senior VP, head English entertainment channel cluster Vivek Srivastava said that the feed had been closed because it was not feasible. Now, however, distribution platforms are asking for the hybrid channel. “Comparatively a very young brand, Romedy Now has outdone many of the older channels in the English GEC category. The channel today commands a 58 percent share in the English category, which is more than the others put together. We faced challenges in terms of distribution. That has got sorted out,” said Srivastava.

Guys, as its clear that the launch of these two HD channels has been officially announced by their respective broadcasters three months back then why there is so much delay in the launch of these channels i.e. SAB HD channel and RomedyNow HD channel. In fact, it seems now that SPN will take more time to launch SAB HD as on 17th January its going to launch Sony ESPN HD. I just don't understand what they are doing, 3 months means something, and still they have'nt even started testing SAB HD and RomedyNow HD channels !!
