Well honestly speaking Star World is the worst, they show age old shows like House, Monk etc. while Zee Cafe shows Latest Shows from the USA. AXN is also good but it too has limited new shows but surely there are very good ones like Supernatural, Elementary, Sherlok, Extant, Scorpion etc in their line up. But out of the 3 , Zee Cafe has worst Picture Quality, Star World Picture Quality is also not that good too, AXN's Picture Quality is Good.
Regarding Movie Channels, Star, Sony, HBO have their parent Hollywood Movie Studios which Zee or Movies Now do not have plus being old entrants Star, Sony, HBO have long friendly relationships with other Hollywood Studios from where they buy rights of movies. Movie Now or Zee get a secondary treatment and that is why you may see The Avengers premiering on Star Movies and after many months Zee gets the rights which again goes back to Star after the contract of Zee expires. The exchange of same movies is common among many channels.
Movies Now too gets rights of movies after others have aired them and that too for a limited time period. Still what Movies Now did was they handpicked good mix of old and new movies which were hardly aired by old entrants and started airing them when they launched which they have been continuing till now. I love Movies Now for this fact itself that they air handpicked blockbuster movies with great presentation.

star world airs some shows that already premiered on SWP

Yeah. I must agree that SWP is far ahead than any other English entertainment channel. No one can beat them as of now. Most of the time I am watching HBO Premium and Star World Premiere only.
